Overview

The Solution Architect designs domain and solution-level architectures aligned with enterprise standards while managing system integrations that enable seamless interaction across multiple business platforms. This role evaluates business processes to identify opportunities for improved system alignment and efficiency, and works closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The Solution Architect also develops system architecture documentation, process flows, and integration diagrams while ensuring all solutions meet security, performance, and scalability standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee end-to-end system integrations to support seamless interactions across multiple business systems
• Analyze business processes, identifying areas of system overlap and ensuring optimized system integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions
• Develop and maintain system interaction diagrams, process flows, and architecture documentation
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards across all integrated solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, with expertise in system integrations and cross-system processes
• Strong understanding of system architecture design, APIs, and middleware solutions
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, POS, and analytics systems
• Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable results
• Retail or grocery industry experience strongly preferred, with familiarity in key systems like POS, inventory management, and loyalty platforms
